3) Poetry Reading by Barry Seiler of the Writing Program - Monday,
April 30th.
Barry Seiler is leaving Rutgers after a long teaching career at the
Writing Program/English Department, and on this occasion we gather for
poetry reading. Barry has requested that the program begin with an open
reading in which others from the Writing Program or elsewhere who wish
to read their own poetry (about 5-10 minutes, depending on the number of
interested
readers) are invited to do so. We only ask that you pre-register with
Jonathan Hall in the Writing Program by Friday 4/27, so that we can
apportion out the time (jonhall1@andromeda.rutgers.edu or 973-353-5851.)

4) University PC Purchase Cycle Program
Rutgers has initiated the University PC Purchase Cycle, a process to
be repeated periodically for generating discount prices on desktop
computers based on coordinated institutional purchases of systems in
large volumes.
The current cycle is focusing on purchases to be made between now and
July 1, and July 1 and Oct 1. For more information on the process and
