Making Your Education Happen

The Honors College is dedicated to helping our students take  full advantage of all our excellent academic and experiential learning opportunities.  Our merit scholarships, and the guidance we offer when applying for outside scholarships, can help make it easier for you to take advantage of all we have to offer.  Keep reading to find out how we can help.

 

Honors College Merit Scholarships: These scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence and/or a commitment to community service.  Often renewable, they offer a level of  financial freedom that at least three quarters of our last incoming freshman class has enjoyed.

Outside Scholarships: Trying to navigate oneself through the sea of private scholarships made available by private persons, businesses, associations and other organizations is a daunting task.  That is why our full-time program coordinator dedicates part of his time to help students identify and apply to scholarships that are right for them.
